AMSTERDAM, April 26, 2022 — The latest reporting from EcoVadis highlights that EVBox’s sustainability efforts are above industry-leading standards, resulting in a Silver certification for all global EVBox entities. With an extensive network of over 90.000 rated companies, EcoVadis reviews businesses across a wide range of areas that are critical to achieving sustainability goals, including labor & human rights, sustainable procurement, the environment, and ethics. In the last two categories, EVBox was able to secure its position in the top 5 percent worldwide.

This certification is an example of how EVBox integrates the main principles of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) into its business and management model. By obtaining this certification—built on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and the ISO 26000—EVBox demonstrates its firm commitment toward a zero-emission future. EVBox was now able to land among the top 10 percent of companies globally following its recent announcement on the introduction of more sustainable materials into its EV stations.
